How to search products?
Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.
You are protected when:
- The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
- The item you received was not as described.
- The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
How much does shipping cost?
Although our standard shipping rate is under $3 (Worldwide Insured Shipping with Tracking), you may find some products that come with free shipping offer

What should I do if I got over-billed?

Can cancel my order after I've made a purchase?
Our orders process too quickly, so, in most cases, we are unfortunately unable to offer order cancellation or make any changes to your order but you can contact us at support@calmkingdom.co and we'd be happy to help.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Please contact us at support@calmkingdom.co within 7 days from the time your order is delivered, and we'd be happy to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit card providers, in addition to PayPal.
What if the item ordered arrived broken or damaged?
We'll make it up to you. You can request store credit, an exchange of equal or lesser value, or a full refund to your original form of payment. Please contact us at support@calmkingdom.co and we'd be happy to help.
If I ordered a gift box, will I receive the same style as in the advertised picture?
Based on stock availability, you may receive same/different in colour or even style. However, if you, for instance ordered git box with light, you'd 100% get one with light (but again, the colour/shape could be different)
What are your shipping and processing times?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 7 business days of ordering and shipped out the next day after the processing day. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! We work hard to provide our customers with the most transparent, convenient, and pleasant experience possible. We do our best to ensure that we ship orders as quickly as possible.
PLEASE NOTE THAT: In some instances, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times mentioned above. External factors not under our control, such as holidays, may cause shipping delays. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with youto resolve the situation.
